Beautiful private villa to rent in the seaside fishing village of Canoa Quebrada in the northeast of Brazil. Large walled tropical garden of white sand with coconut palms, plenty of space for barbeques!
Nearest airport is in Fortaleza. Fortaleza is two hours away by car or taxi, public bus runs regularly, three hours, dirct to Canoa Quebrada. The small town of Aracati is a fifteen minute bus ride away. Canoa has everything you could wish for for a great beach holiday, and a car is not necessary as everything is walkable distance from the house.
Main house is upstairs and has two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers. (sleeps 4, extra beds possible) Open-plan lounge with sofas and hammocks (7 m. by 10.5 m.)
American style kitchen, large breakfast terrace with stunning views of the sand dunes and the sunset, and several balconies with hammocks. It is a spacious and airy property, with the road behind used only occasionally by neighbours so traffic noise is never a problem, horses and carts are more common than motor vehicles!
Walled garden of 800 square metres of white sand with cashew trees and mature coconut palms. Your car can be safely parked in the garden.
Separate independent apartment downstairs is also be available to rent, one double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with very small lounge. This is totally independent of the main house with a separate entrance at the back of the house.
The villa, Desert Rose, is in quiet residential street, the main street of village is five minutes walk and the beach is seven minutes walk. Th village has supermarkets, bars and a great selection of restaurants. It is quiet during the week, on a weekend the main street comes alive with locals and there is often a reggae party at weekends on the beach. The main street is far enough away that the pace of the villa remains undisturbed.
Kitesurfing, horse riding, and buggy rides all available locally.
Ideal for people wanting a private vacation home, with independent catering facilities, but near the village and the beach! Perfect for lounging around in a hammock and reading a book. you can walk to the Sunset sand dune which is five minutes behind the house and join the locals as they watch the sun set every evening. Arrange your own barbeque. Cook your own dinners and enjoy them as you sit on the terraces with stunning views. A really relaxing property but with all the fun of Canoa Quebrada just a few minutes walk away.
There is a resident dog called Leyla who live in the garden, pet lovers preferred!
